I can't seem to lose weight

Okey, so now you are eating less or trying to diet. I hope that you are not eating to little. Do you know that if you are not eating your body will go into starvation mode and hang on to the fat you have? It's true-you need to eat. It's what you eat that makes the difference.
Of course you need to exercise. That is a given. Some people (me too) get discouraged and want to not bother exercising; but then you soon find out that you'll get fat where you never had fat. OH, CRAP, MORE WORK!
Anyway, you need keep things in their place so keep exercising.
