I work in a gym. Back in the day one of the diets everyone did was Fit For Life. Basically; how you do this is;
1- After 8:00pm only eat fruit
2-Upon waking in the am only eat fruit up until 12:00pm
You may eat as much as you want to.
3-For lunch you may have your carbs.
eg. spaghetti and a salad
baked potatoe and two vegetables
4- For dinner only eat your protein and vegetables
eg. chicken, peas and greenbeans
turkey, redbeets, salad
5-If you are diabetic I personally do not recommend all the fruit.
To much sugar.
6-You can substitute jerusalem artichoke spaghetti for white spaghetti.
It tastes exactly the same!!!!!!!!
